Advertising Terms & Conditions
1. Responsibility for the accuracy of the property information
You will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the property details and Villa Holiday Homes Limited shall not be liable in any way for inaccurate, misleading statements, or false information provided by you on the website.
2. Amending details
Villa Holiday Homes Limited reserves the right to remove or amend any offensive images or text from the property description without giving any notice to you of its intensions to do so.
3. Termination of Advertisement
Villa Holiday Homes Limited reserves the right to remove your advertisement from the website without a refund if Villa Holiday Homes Limited receives complaints about the property information, if you place other advertisements on the site which do not relate to the property, if the property description describes other websites, email addresses or holiday brochures. In this instance full payment will be retained by Villa Holiday Homes Limited.
4. Liability
Villa Holiday Homes Limited shall not be liable or responsible for any loss of information, damage or any other problems caused by you using the website.
5. Website Access
Villa Holiday Homes Limited will aim to keep the website running at all times. However, Villa Holiday Homes Limited will not be liable for any time that the website may be down through experiencing technical problems with the server.
6. Copyright
You shall warrant that any information, photograph or image provided shall not be in breach of any copyrights or that you have the permission of the copyright owner. You shall indemnify Villa Holiday Homes Limited against any action brought in breach of copyright. 7. The Subscription Period
The subscription period shall be for a term of 12 months if you intend to be removed from the website then a notice must be submitted in writing to the registered office of Villa Holiday Homes Limited. If the notice is received during the subscription period then Villa Holiday Homes Limited reserve the right to retain any payments made.
8. Website Layout
Villa Holiday Homes Limited reserves the right to determine the final layout of the advertisement. This may include editing or amending details or images supplied by you.
Villa Holiday Homes Limited shall make every effort and endeavour to safeguard all materials supplied by you. However, Villa Holiday Homes Limited shall not be liable if any material is lost or destroyed by means beyond Villa Holiday Homes Limited control.
9. Limit of Liability
Villa Holiday Homes Limited maximum liability under the agreement will in no circumstances exceed the total charges payable to Villa Holiday Homes Limited during the 12 month advertising period.
10. Force Majeure
Neither you or Villa Holiday Homes Limited shall be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligation in the agreement caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party.
11. Advertising Service
Villa Holiday Homes Limited provides an advertising service only and we cannot be held liable for an unsatisfactory level of bookings. Villa Holiday Homes Limited provides a service and shall not be liable for any holiday cancellations, loss of bookings, none payment or damages to the property.
12. Disabling the Advert
Villa Holiday Homes Limited reserves the right to disable a property advert from the website if the advert is deemed to breach the terms and conditions, the advert is incomplete or to adjust the quality of the site.
13. Payment Details
It is your responsibility to make sure that payment or outstanding balances are received by Villa Holiday Homes Limited.
14. Refund / Cancellation
You have the right to a ‘7’ day cooling off period. This means that you may cancel your property advert without incurring any expense within the cooling off period i.e. you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your advertising with us prior to any expiry date then please send an email to advertisers@villaholidayhomes.com.
15. Complaints
Any complaints by you, should be put in writing to ‘The General Manager, Villa Holiday Homes Ltd, 4d Madeley Road, London W5 2LH .
IMPORTANT – Any complaints by a customer relating to a property advertised on this website should be made directly to the advertiser and not Villa Holiday Homes Limited.
