The newly built villa is a flat one mile walk from the centre of Pegia village and a five minute drive to the outstanding Coral Bay Beach. The house can sleep up to six people. Two double sized bedrooms upstairs both have private balconys, one with a sea view, the other looks out towards the mountains. Downstairs there are two chair beds, each boosting a comfortable matress. The kitchen is newly equiped with all modern appliances. Outside a private south facing 8 meter pool, dining patio area, toilet and shower, B-B-Q and sun loungers complete a relaxing holiday lifestyle.
The house is situated in a quiet location ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Out door B.B.Q equipment can be used anytime, making an evening by your own flood lit pool an essential night in. The house comes with all modern facilities including an outdoor laundry room. Sleeping accommodation comprises of one double bed, two single beds and two single chair beds. The south facing bedroom has air-conditioning, fans are supplied to other areas. Please note towels are not provided.

Pegia Village:
The historic Village of Pegia is well situated to explore the island of Cyprus. The village is nestled in the foothills of Akamas national park with its unspoilt coastline, mountain walks and protected turtle beach at Lara Bay. Pegia Village has several traditional restaurants and bars; local supermarkets, banks, a chemist and a doctors surgery make it a convenient place to stay. Five minutes down the hill side and Coral Bay provides a child safe sandy beach, late night bars and restaurants; twenty minutes by car sees Kato Paphos and Paphos Habour.
