There are ramps to all external doors and wheelchair access throughout; all doorways are 1 meter wide including the bathroom/toilet and shower. The lounge and dinning room in conjunction with the fully fitted kitchen are open plan. Sliding doors are also incorporated to assist wheelchair bound guests. Patio doors allow access to the shaded veranda and the rear sun terrace. The villa is fully air-conditioned and floors throughout are fitted with non-slip tiles to ensure the villa stays cool and safe in the hotter months. The villa comes with a covered private parking space should guests hire a vehicle.
By June 2007 we should have completed our villa upgrade. Incorporated within the spacious rear garden will be a brand new 6m x 3m above ground swimming pool.
A re-fundable damage deposit is required (£300) in the form of a cheque. This will be returned within 10 days of completion of your holiday, as long as there are no damages to the property or its contents.

The villa is far enough away from the seasonal tourist crowds, yet close enough to offer easy access to an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants. Also available are private parking facilities should you wish to hire a car.
The villa is particularly well situated for guests that are looking to buy a villa themselves. We can also give buyers plenty of free advice, before, during and after you buy.
Located near by is Waterworld water park which is a must see for kids and adults alike. The local white sandy beach is within walking distance and has a sheltered cove with shallow waters. Available from the beach side restaurant are sun beds, snacks etc for hours of relaxation and fun in the sun
