Beautiful home "Sunrise Villa" on deep sailboat water. Bring your own boat or have a rental boat delivered to the dock. Historic Punta Gorda is on Charlotte Harbour reowned for sailing, boating, fishing, golf, & tennis. Our home has everything NEW, and is decorated with bright, vibrant colors. It has cathedral ceilings, a beautiful entertainment center, tile throughout, a breakfast nook, formal dining room with a beautiful dining room table that will seat 12 people, split bedrooms, and a large walk in shower in the master bathroom. The swimming pool is heated with a pool cage. We fish from the dock, kayak, besides boating. We provide 3 kayaks, 2 bikes, unlimited internet w/computer, BBQ, beach towels, & ice chest for the beach. For the kids there is a "Play Station II" & some games. Come sleep in our 600 thread count sheets.

We are 1 mile from Fisherman's Village which has shopping, boat rental, and dining where you can watch beautiful sunsets and the dolphins playing.
Ft Meyers, Sanibel & Captiva Islands are 1/2 hour to the south, & Busch Gardens & Disney World are 2 hours to the north.
