Beautiful 4/5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private, communal and children's pools, on Calis Beach, Fethiye. Fully air conditioned throughout and furnished to a very high standard. All three floors have a large terrace or Balcony with panoramic views of the sea. The ground floor has a large fully fitted kitchen, with cream units and black granite worktops. The dining area has a large table with 10 leather chairs, this leads into the stunning living room, with luxury leather sofas, two of which open up into double beds, if extra sleeping areas are required. There is a satelite tv and dvd player which also plays cd's. The wall of glass doors open onto the large covered terrace - the outside eating area! Here there is also an outdoor jacuzzi which overlooks the sea, the private pool and the garden area. It is also very useful as an outside shower. There are 2 other terraces and a BBQ, which overlook the private pool and the communal pool. There are plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers.The downstairs toilet is off the entrance hall. The marble staircase leads to the master bedroom, with fully equiped ensuite, dressing room and large balcony on the first floor, and a double and twin bedroom, each with its own ensuite and balcony. All rooms are fully fitted with plenty of storage space. The top floor has a double room and a separate area with a double and single sofa bed. There is a bathroom and a small kitchen area. The balcony on this floor has the most superb views of the beach and sea.

The Fethiye - Turquoise Coast & Lycia region

Seaside is a collection of townhouses, apartments, and detached villas built in a U shape around a large communal swimming pool with extensive landscaped gardens. There are also two other communal pools. The complex is on the beach with nothing in front of it other than the turquoise Mediterranean sea. Although, in a quiet part of Calis the busy resort centre is only a 10 minute stroll along the promenade or a 5 minute bus ride. Calis is famous for its breath-taking sunsets and cooling breezes. Along the beach an unspoilt 4 kilometre stretch of sand and shingle, perfect for soaking up the sun. Calis has a good choice of restaurants and bars scattered along its charming pedestrianised promenade. The harbour town of Fethiye is easily accessible by taking a water taxi across the bay, from the resort centre or a dolmus bus. Fetiye has a wide selection of shops, markets, bars, restaurants and boat trips. The world famous beach at Oludeniz is only a 20 minute drive away. Local bus service is less than a minute's walk.
