Just 8 miles away from the main gates of Disney in beautiful sunny Orlando Florida. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, and sleeps between 2 & 9 people it boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen & dining nook. All the accommodation is of course fully air-conditioned. Outside you will find your own private swimming pool, which is screened and can be heated. Ideal after those long days in the theme parks. Accommodation The newly built Villa is fully air-conditioned and boasts 4 large bedrooms, a family room, fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms as well as a large private, screened outdoor swimming pool. The bedrooms are made up of a large master bedroom with a queen size bed walk in-wardrobe, Cable television, and en suite bathroom which comprises of showering facilities as well as a full size bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third has two single beds and finally the fourth bedroom is Disney themed with a double bed and bunk above, cable TV and Sony Playstation. All of the bedrooms have ample drawer and hanging space. A second bathroom also has a full size bath and showering facilities. Our fully equipped kitchen comes complete with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge, and separate dining area. In the large double garage you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, Air Hockey table, Pool table, BBQ, Bicycles and Golf clubs for your use. The living room is furnished with luxury furniture large screen cable television and VCR The family room is also very well equipped with a Hi-fi system and views of the pool. The Villa can sleep between 2 and 9 people. Everything that you need for an enjoyable holiday is included pool towels iron and hair dryers are supplied

From Orlando international airport the villa can be reached in about 25 min, this is ideal after your long flight. The Villa is located in an exclusive area of Florida, it is just a 10 min. drive from the world famous Walt Disney world and other large attractions including, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands Of Adventure and lots more. It is an ideal location for shopping with international drive only a 20-min.drive away. There are two large supermarkets in close proximity to the villa one of which is open 24 hours. There are numerous restaurants close by ranging from fast food outlets to full service all serving good food at excellent prices. Both of Florida’s coasts can be reached in about an hour by good motorway, Amenities Fishing, golf, tennis and water sports are all available locally.
