PRICES INCLUSIVE OF TAXES. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Cleaning cost waived for stays of 7 nights or more, otherwise a fee of $110 applies.
Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $27 per day (recommended between October and April/May). Please request pool heating at the time of booking.
No 3rd party bookings will be accepted, only guest on booking form will be allowed to stay in the villa.
To secure a booking, a 20% (minimum $250) non refundable deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable Security Deposit of $360.
Payment can be made via bank transfer (USA (USD) or UK (GBP) bank accounts), by checks/cheques, or credit card payments are accepted via Pay Pal (Please add 4% service charge for option Pay pal).
The security deposit will be refundable within two weeks of your departure pending an inspection by the management company confirming there are no losses or damages.
