Our brand new villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a heated private pool, extended sun deck and a fantastic fully fitted games room. FREE International Telephone Calls as well as FREE Wireless Internet Acess is available at the villa. Cable TV in all 4 bedrooms. Located on the brand new, exclusive gated community of Solana Resort, boasting a fantastic club house, with large free form community swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, games arcade, kids play area, volley ball, putting green and much more. All facilities are free for you to enjoy whilst staying at our villa.

Solana Retreat has been professionally decorated and upgraded to the highest specification throughout, resulting in a beautiful, spacious, four bedroom, three bathroom home, sleeping up to 10 guests. The villa boasts a fully equipped games room complete with a full size pool table, air hockey and table football. Step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, heated swimming pool, set in a large extended sun deck, to compliment your dream vacation.
The villa is very spacious and perfectly complimented by a co-ordinating colour scheme throughout. The accommodation offers four fully furnished double bedrooms to comfortably sleep eight guests. One of the sofas easily converts to a double bed and can provide additional accommodation for a further two guests. A travel cot and linen has been provided to accommodate the younger traveler. There is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans have been fitted in the main living area and master bedroom to provide additional comfort and cool air.
The beautiful private pool and extended sundeck is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a few lazy hours. An outside table and chairs enables comfortable Al fresco dining and the covered lanai provides a cool shaded area. The four cushioned sun loungers are ideal for soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine! A fine mesh screen allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out and the opaque nature of the lower section provides privacy and seclusion. The pool and sun deck have outside lighting for those warm holiday evenings.
Pool inflatables have been included for the enjoyment of our younger guests.

Enjoy a cocktail in the spacious social area or connect with friends back home while enjoying a snack at the cyber café with free High Speed Internet Access.
Let the big kids spend some time in the game(s) arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool or relax with a soak in the spa.
An activity play area will keep the little ones amused.
There is a putting green to help you shape up your game or you can stay in shape in a state-of-the-art fitness room. Send the active ones out to the soccer field or the sand volley-ball court.
Even a sundry shop is located in the reception area should you run short of sun block or need a drink/snack.
