The villa is beautifully situated and has a lovely view from the pool of a lake and conservation area. The accommodation is large (2500 sq ft) and has a ground floor en-suite master bedroom that opens up onto the pool area.
Nestling in a beautifully landscaped community, the villa resides in a Championship Golf Resort with a lovely clubhouse and free tennis courts nearby. For those avid golfers the course has been rated as one of the top 30 in Florida.
The community are very friendly and the location is only 12 minutes drive from Disney. The other major attractions are a little further on. Our professional management company are very close by and have a 24 hour contact number if required.
Our company has been operating in Florida for many years and we can assure of an excellent personal service.
