Our fully furnished, three bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside just four miles southwest of the Walt Disney World Resort

Our fully furnished, three bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside just four miles southwest of the Walt Disney World Resort entrance. Our villa is more spacious than average with gardens front and rear on a 80ft x 120ft plot.

The south facing pool is solar heated and totally enclosed in mesh screening with poolside furniture and a covered patio area. Gas heating is available in the cooler months. The garden is fenced with a forested area to the rear of the property providing privacy.

The villa is air conditioned, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a very high standard with a family room/dining area, front lounge and dining room. There are ceiling fans in most rooms for your added comfort.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped including a fridge freezer with automatic icemaker and chilled filtered water dispenser. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The master bedrooom has an ensuite and walk-in closet. The two twin bedded rooms are located next to the second bathroom.

Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided. A cot/crib, highchair and pushchair/stroller are also provided.

Facilities include two televisions, two DVD's, Hi-fi and selection of films, music, books and games, 24/7 monitored security alarm system, security safe and attached double garage with internal access and electrically operated door. All utilites, local telephone calls, US taxes and cleaning on departure are included in the rental.
