Bungalow to rent in exclusive village complex surrounded by forests with superb facilities and activities for family holidays. The bungalow has its own private pool. The complex has indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court, restaurants, bars, cinema and numerous other holiday activities. 3 bedrooms - sleeps up to 7/8.
The Bungalow is one of the first on the mediterranean coast, everything is on one floor and has very spacious rooms. It has an open plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen. The living room opens out on to a terrace with further seating that also has a built in BBQ. This overlooks the private pool. There is a sofa in the living room that can be used to sleep up to 2 if required. All bedrooms and the living area are air conditioned. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher in the villa. Three double/twin bedrooms, one with ensuite facilities. Set in beautiful Yaniklar, 10 minutes along the coast from Fethiye

The Fethiye - Turquoise Coast & Lycia region
Close to the famous beach resorts of Oludeniz, the Blue Lagoon and Calis Beach. Calis Beach is 10 mins away, the others 20 - 25 minutes. It would be ideal for those wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday, but with the option of plenty to do on site and at the beach. It is also close enough to a few livelier resort areas, should there be a requirement for a night or two out and about. The exclusive village style complex on the Mediterranean coast is located near Fethiye in Turkey. The village is surrounded by forest and boasts an excellent and extensive range of on site facilities.It has its own private beach a short walk away, where a wide range of water sports are available
Fethiye is much more than just the Blue Lagoon, the spectacularly turquoise poster child of Turkey's Mediterranean coast. Fethiye is rocky cliffs, pine-clad mountain ranges, and offshore islets that speak of ancient civilisations.
It's the quiet serenity of a sunset over the ghost village of Kayakoy. And it's the blissful solitude of a swim in one of the innumerable, unspoiled, crystalline coves, many inaccessible by land. The combination is winning: The ample natural environment inspires physical activity as much as the sun-kissed coastline encourages sloth. Scuba diving, paragliding off a mountain peak, hiking ancient mountain paths, or wading slowly through an ice-cold gorge are just a few of the activities possible in and around Fethiye. And of course, there's the Blue Lagoon of Oludeniz, one of the most astonishing natural beauties in all of Turkey.
The town of Fethiye itself is a pleasure for shoppers. There are many bargains to be had, with jewellery, leather goods, clothes and a lot more being a fraction of the price payable in the UK, but that does not stop you bargaining for an even better deal!
The villa complex is only 40 minutes transfer time from Dalaman airport. There is currently a tunnel under construction, due for completion in 2006, which will reduce the transfer time to 30 minutes.
Depending on your requirements, transfers can be arranged. Similarly car hire can be arranged, though the frequent, cheap and reliable dolmus (minibus) service caters for most needs.
The charter airlines offer cheap flights to Dalaman.
