Villa Kadyanda is very child-friendly and safe with many games and childrens facilities.

THE VILLA IS AN IDEAL HOLIDAY VENUE FOR EXTENDED FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OR FOR LARGER GROUPS OF FRIENDS.
From the entrance to Villa Kadyanda an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 13 people. Another archway leads into the lounge with a feature wood-burning fire, another archway then leads into the separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a separate second lounge themed in an Ottoman style. Both the lounge and Ottoman room are equipped with satellite TV/DVD/CD and a stereo music system with an iPod dock with a large library of films, music and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area with both a gas and charcoal BBQ and the terrace surrounding the private pool. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and both the ground and first floor and the spiral staircase are finished in local marble.
The first floor includes a master double bedroom with en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views and are fully equipped with local hand made furniture. The second floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a large toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all the double bedrooms have king size beds.
In the basement there is a large 60m2 Games/Fitness Room with table tennis, darts, weights, quoits, a punchbag and a cross-trainer. There is also a bar area and a toilet/shower room and patio doors lead out to a furnished sun terrace. Entertainment is provided by a Nintendo Wii with 40 games and a surround sound theatre system and the villa has Wi-Fi Internet throughout.

Villa Kadyanda is situated in an elevated position surrounded by pine forests with stunning views over the plateau and the nearby mountains. This area of Turkey - the Turquoise Coast - offers everything that a holidaymaker could want. The friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of watersports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa can sleep 13 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 4 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and a fully equipped Gym/Games Room. A 2km walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and Friday market in Uzumlu village. Dalaman Airport is 45 minutes away and Calis Beach is just 20 minutes away. A mobile 'phone and Wi-Fi Internet is also provided.
The bustling port city of Fethiye is 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or hire a car and the local roads are excellent and driving is easy. The world famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches, sheltered Blue Lagoon and the centre for paragliding is a short distance from Fethiye as is Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs, restaurants and bars - also the 'ghost town' of Kaya Koy is close to Hisaronu. Further away on the road to Kas and Kalkan is Patara Beach with an unspoilt 20km sandy beach.

SPECIALIST WATER SPORTS TUITION in Kite-surfing, Wind-surfing, Sailing and Scuba Diving. All the courses are available locally from 2-5 days, are run by experienced instructors and are offered at very competitive rates and qualifications are provided on the completion of a course. We are also able to offer YOGA lessons, our local agent will arrange all these courses for you.
INTERNATIONAL AIR GAMES in OLU DENIZ during late OCTOBER. An event worth seeing at which there are paragliders, microlites, hot air balloons and anything that flies. The Turkish air force also do an aerobatic display and fly past.
GAMES & FITNESS AREA We provide a 600 sq.ft area with active games and fitness equipment such as table tennis, darts, quoits, a punch bag, weights and a cross-trainer. The area also includes a shower room and bar area, a Nintendo Wii and a surround sound theatre system.
