The Villa is located within a purpose built Quality residential complex within the village of Otura
Beautiful & Luxurious villa, near the City of Granada, with attractive and spacious Sun terrace, Garden, private car parking. Fully Air Conditioned system with heat pump, providing a very pleasant heating in winter. On the Gnd Floor there is a large entrance Hall, a reception room, a large sitting room with Chimney and dining room, modern and fully equipped kitchen and luxury Bathroom fitted with shower cubicle and a hydro-massage shower column. From the hall there access to the Sun terrace overlooking the pool area with impressive views of Sierra Nevada mountains.
Upstairs, there is the master bedroom, with queen-size bed, dressing room and en suite, also one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all with spacious fitted wardrobes and features. There is also a modern fully equiped Bathroom, with bath tub and shower facilties.
The Spacious pool and sunbathing area is located at the rear of Villa to ensure privacy. This area is exposed to the sun almost all day long.
There is also a dedicated purpose built covered Terrace with modern and elegant outdoor furniture for relaxing, with breath taking views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. There is also a dedicated BBQ area adjacent to the Pool Area.

The Granada - Costa Tropical (Granada Province) region
The Villa is located within a purpose built Quality residential complex (Urbanisation) within the village of Otura, which is situated 7 minutes drive away from the beautiful and cosmopolitan city of Granada and the Alhambra palace. Although this village is rural it has great access to most places either from the North or the South. There are a lot of amenities in the village itself, Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets, Town Hall, etc. The local outdoor Market is held every Wednesday.
The coast and Costa Tropical Beach resorts are within easy access, 30-35min away. The main motorway (Autovia) from Granada to a beach resort is less than five minutes drive away from the Villa. The surrounding regions of the Alpujarras, Lanjaron (with Natural springs and Thermal waters from Sierra Nevada) Lecrin Valley, lakes and reservoir are also within 15 minutes drive. The villages and the people in this area of Granada are so very typically Andalucía it is easy to see why people fall in love with the area! This area is particular favourite to many resident Britons.
Local activities include Golf, Ski, paragliding, water skiing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, ski, swimming, tennis, walking, etc. not to mention visiting the Alhambra Palace, Museums, shopping in Granada and trying tapas Bars in Granada, the Birthplace of tapas in Spain.(In the Granada region, Tapas are free of charge, usually served with lager or wine).
