If you are looking for a holiday villa away from the hustle & bustle of the Playa yet with all amenities within walking distance, this villa has to be your choice. The location is ideal, with wonderful views of the mountains and just 10 minutes drive to the beach. There are many good restaurants within a 10 minute walk, serving a variety of food and many activities to pursue throughout your holiday. We are happy to pre-book activities for you, such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.

Entrance Hall with staircase leading to the first floor:
Master Bedroom: With king size bed, air-con, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes. dressing table and sliding doors to private sunbathing terrace with chairs & tables and fantastic views of the Cabrera mountains.

Bedroom 2: With 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, air-con & ceiling fan.

On the Ground Floor:
Large Lounge/Diner: With comfortable leather recliner sofa’s, TV with freeview satellite UK & Spanish, DVD/CD player, air-con, open fireplace, dining table with seating for 6 and dresser. Sliding doors out to sunny terrace overlooking the pool.
Kitchen: A bright and airy room with sliding patio doors at one end. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): With 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, air-con & ceiling fan.
Ground Floor Bathroom: Bath with shower over, wc, bidet & basin.

The property has fly screens and security blinds on all windows and doors.
Exterior
Good size sunny terrace overlooking the pool which receives the sun from around 10am until 5.30pm. Comfortable wicker table and chairs.
The gardens that surround the villa are completely enclosed with access via a garden gate. There is off road parking under a shaded carport for 1 vehicle with ample parking in the quiet street.
The private 8 x 4 pool has a large surrounding patio with poolside shower, sun loungers and umbrella.
