Ideally situated in Ciudad Quesada, this villa is only 10 minutes drive from a 9-mile long blue flag beach, and is close to the towns of Torrevieja and Guadamar.
Golf courses such as Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor and La Finca are just a short drive away, a golfers paradise.
Situated in the residential area of Quesada, this immaculate 3 bedroom detached villa is furnished to a high standard and has tiled floors throughout.
The villa has a master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds. All have fitted wardrobes and access to the balcony.
The family bathroom boasts a luxury corner bath with shower, and there is also a downstairs shower room with WC and basin.
The comfortable lounge/dining room has a three piece suite and a dining table with seating for six. Satellite TV, DVD and CD player are all available for use. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons.
The property is set in an enclosed garden featuring many tropical plants and beautiful flowers. There is plenty of opportunity to dine al fresco, the patio and terrace both offer a dining area for 6 people, with a wonderful stone built barbecue on the terrace.

The Torrevieja area - Costa Blanca & Alicante region
Renowned for its sunny beaches, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, Spain is also home to some dramatic mountain ranges, clean sandy beaches.
Ciudad Quesada is only a five minute walk from Villa Veronica. The town has numerous shops including a bakery, bodega, 24 hour petrol station, butcher, supermarket, pharmacist and numerous restaurants.
Children can enjoy the Aqua Park, Crazy Golf and Go-Karting, which are all located within Quesada.
The large bustling town of Torrevieja is just ten miles away with hundreds of bars, restaurants etc, and a lovely seaside promenade with night time market. But you have Quesada town on your doorstep, this comes with shops, bars, restaurants, golf course and its own water park.
Alicante and Murcia airports are 30 miles and the nearest beach is within 10 minutes drive away. If you are a golfer, then they are many professional golf courses, Villamartin, Las ramblas and Campoamar.
The local water park, Torrevieja town and open markets are open every day during the summer months. There is an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife on the saltlakes, and the area is the second healthiest place in the world mainly due to these saltlakes.
One of the greatest tourist attractions of Torrevieja has always been its variety of entertainment for families and young people. With more than a hundred night bars, mainly in the in the so-called El Baluarte area in the La Punta district.
