VILLA FAMILIA description

We are ideally situated in an elevated position on the gentle sloping mountainside of 'Montgo National Park' in a quiet residential area.

The villa commands splendid views overlooking Denia and its castle, the sea and surrounding.

It is 2-3 km (4 minutes by car), from the town and beaches.

Of the three bedrooms, each is equipped with an air-conditioner and ceiling fan for your comfort, the first two rooms contain double 'king size' beds and are fully equipped with en-suite deluxe shower rooms. The third bedroom has two 90cm twin beds and is adjacent to a bathroom. All bed linen is provided including towelling except beach.

The open plan Kitchen / dining room has a table & chairs for six and a ceiling fan. The lounge is fitted with a ceiling fan as well as a air-conditioner. There is a 32" LCD wall mounted satellite TV, DVD player and video player with library of over a hundred films and cartoons suitable for all.

The lounge leads outside to a small terrace with a retractable awning. The terrace leads down to the main patio with various lighting combinations and a large 28' x 14' kidney shaped swimming pool with roman steps and underwater lighting and two further terraces, one of which is a roof terrace. The villa is surrounded by patios and there is also a large open-ended double garage to take two cars. A Barbecue is also available for your use and a travel cot is available on request.

The Javea, Moraira & Denia area - Costa Blanca & Alicante region

We are ideally situated in an elevated position on the gentle sloping mountainside of 'Montgo National Park' in a quiet residential area. El Montgo some 753 metres high from whose summit one can view an immense panorama of the surrounding countryside.

The fishing Port of Denia also boasts a magnificent nautical club and harbour. Commercial ferries sail to the Balearic Islands and there are daily small ferry excursions to the neighbouring town of Javea, about 90 minutes by sea.

For the sports enthusiast, practically every sport associated with the sea may be enjoyed in Denia.

From Denia harbour to the north, there are long sandy beaches, stretching some 8 kilometres, ideal for bathing and especially attractive for children because of the shallow and calm waters.

From Denia harbour to the south there are rocky beaches and delightful coves, perfect for "snorkeling and Scuba" diving and fishing. The ancient Castle of Denia is open to the public and houses an Archaeological Museum. This is certainly worth a visit.

There is a wide variety of international restaurants some with music and entertainment, with a good selection of Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Indian, Indonesian, Italian, and, of course, traditional Spanish, not forgetting the typical bars, and for those who wish to dance the night away there are discotheques.

Every Monday morning there is a market held in Denia, selling a variety of ceramics, leather, jewellery, clothes, shoes, household and numerous other goods.

Every evening, Denia's main street is closed to traffic so people can sit outside the bars and ice cream parlours and stroll down towards the harbour where there is a 'night market'.

Denia has an excellent Tourist information Bureau opposite Denia train station.

Numerous excursions exist along the coast which can be reached by car, rail or bus, including

Prehistoric Caves - 25 minutes by car; Guadalest Historical Town & Fortress

Aqualandia. One close to Benidorm and one close to Valencia about 30 & 50 minutes away respectively. Mundomar. A marine and exotic animal park near Aqualandia.

Terra Mitica adjacent to Benidorm, Claims to be the largest theme park in Europe.
Approximately 35 minutes away.

There are a number of Golf Clubs in the area, from 5 to 30 km away. Denia, Javea, Oliva and Altea.

The Costa Blanca enjoys one of the best climates in Europe, according to the World Health Organisation, with 325 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 22C in summer and 15C in winter.

3. If you have to cancel your holiday the cancellation must be made in writing by the party leader who has signed the booking form. Cancellations are subject to a charge as detailed:
