Notes to rental charges: Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in Euros, on booking, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
A security fee of 300 Euros is also payable on booking of your holiday, which will be refunded to you at the end of your stay. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings.
We will also meet you at the villa both at the start and the end of your stay to hand over keys.
