The lounge and dining area opens onto a covered terrace which provides a place to relax in the shade to enjoy the stunning mountain views. From here you step down to a larger lower terrace incorporating the kidney shaped pool with solar heated poolside shower. and barbeque area. The villa is enclosed by walls and is entered by remote control gates with safety sensor. to secure parking. The villa is ideally situated quiet and relaxing, but only 10-15 minutes from Denia and Javea beaches, shops, and restaurants.
A car is essential.

Casa Solana is close to the town of Pedreguer which is midway between Denia and Javea. The surounding areas consists of mountains and valleys full of citrus and olive groves. At the Jalon valley a 10 minute drive away you can visit the wine co-operative and the bodegas to taste the wine and buy at prices cheaper than the supermarkets. Denia a cosmopolitan town is only 10 minutes drive away with fantastic beaches and excellent shopping facilities. Javea is only 15 minutes drive away and has an award winning beach that is safe with play areas for the children.Benidorm is a 35 minute drive away where you can find theme parks and water parks.
