The villa, completed in 2003 is on a small private community consisting of 18 houses. It is the second home of the owners so is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Properties on the community surround the illuminated communial swimming pool and garden area. Casa Brenton has its own private garden to the front side and rear with car parking space within the garden. The exterior boasts a patio area with built in bar-b-que and also a communial bar-b-que is made available for the guests on request. The community also has its own gym, pool bar (open peak season) and table tennis.

The main bathroom consists of bath with shower, WC and double pedistal basins, washing machine also provided for in bathroom.

The front bedroom overlooks a sea view whilst the remaining bedrooms have panoramic views of the town and to the rear the mountains. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space for clothes.

The open planned area downstairs consists of kitchen, dining and sitting room areas. The dining area will seat up to 8 persons comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven and ceramic hob,dish washer, deep fat fryer, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and more than ample dinnerware.
