The size and situation of this property lend itself to familiesgroups wishing to stay together, ideal for golfing parties but equally comfortable and not at all overpowering for 2 people. The villa is on two floors the majority of the accomodation being on the ground floor.

Three further good-sized bedrooms one king size double with en suite, a twin and a family room which will sleep 4 in a double and 2 singles and shares the main bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have new comfortable mattresses and crisp white bed linen throughout.

Spacious lounge furnished in comfortable leather and oak with feature firplace, sky television, dvd, and sliding glazed doors to courtyard.

Dining room with large oak table and chairs seating 8-10.

New kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, full cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, breakfast bar and a wonderful range of all equipment for adults and children.

Utility room with washing machine and dryer, iron and board, also houses beach toys, surf & body boards, and accessories all supplied for use by clients.

Although this villa is situated in the heart of the village it is very private and boasts a huge courtyard and upper terrace both furnished with table and chairs, bar-b-q, and full length sunbeds with cushions. Planted with wonderful aromatic shrubs and plants all of which are safe for children.

Every care has been taken to make sure that everybody who stays here has the best holiday ever. Equipped to a very high standard even beach towels and hair dryers are supplied.

Heating if required in winter months for small fee, weekly linen change and welcome pack on arrival is free of charge.
