Constructed and completed in early 2010, exclusive Bermimpi Bali Villas offers three luxuriously appointed private villa residences, now available for Private Bali holiday rentals. Bermimpi Bali Villas is conveniently located in the prestigious and cosmopolitan precinct of Oberoi, Seminyak, Bali, exemplified by internationally-acclaimed beachside restaurants, opulent spas, boutique hotels, trendy cocktail bars, and chic designer boutiques,. A stay at one of our Private Bali villas affords you the convenience of a leisurely stroll, just 300 meters away, to the breath taking Seminyak Beach, world renowned for its surf breaks and sweeping coastal views. Recognized as a playground of the rich and famous, this is the place where locals, holiday makers and expatriates alike gather to enjoy the captivating and famous Seminyak sunsets.
The Villas

Each Bali villa rental residence is constructed on two levels and set within a fully secured tropical setting, each having its own sparkling pool and two stylish bedrooms, one downstairs and the other upstairs. The living pavilions, flanked by tropical foliage with décor that is chic and contemporary are open plan, comprising fully equipped kitchens, lounge and dining areas. Each villa has its own décor personality: all in sumptuous good taste. Regardless of which villa you choose, you’ll enjoy the space and privacy that comes with the design configuration whether it is a romantic getaway, family or even a gathering of a few friends. All villas can be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom option and offer a captivating blend of luxury, recreation, privacy and attentive service.
With its own tropical garden and private swimming pool, all villas are surrounded by their own garden wall ensuring security, privacy and total relaxation. The sundeck has been carefully positioned to take advantage of Bali’s long sun-drenched days and is furnished with modern sun loungers. A gorgeous Bali Bale, strategically positioned to take benefit of late afternoon sun and refreshing coastal breezes, is a perfect place for sipping on a chardonnay, reading your favorite book or watching a movie on your theatre system.

The master bedroom, on the ground floor, faces the pool with direct access to the sundeck. BERMIMPI BALI TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In making a reservation with Bermimpi Bali Villas, guests accept and agree to the terms and condition outlined below. These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and rentals of Bermimpi Bali Villas..
• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt by Bermimpi Bali of the rental deposit. Deposits can be paid by credit card or debit card using Paypal. Bank Transfers transactions are permitted but charges are to be covered by the guest.
• All rates are quoted in US dollars per night and are subject to a 15% government tax and service surcharge. The rates apply for single or double occupancy.
• The maximum capacity per bedroom is 2 people unless prior arrangement has been confirmed by Bermimpi Bali Villas
• A minimum number of nights apply to all reservations during high and peak seasons. For further details view our> Rates.
• Rental Balances can be finalized on check-in but must be paid in cash. Alternatively, balances must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival if you prefer to use your credit or debit card using Paypal. We do not accept Credit Cards at the Villas..
• Once confirmed, cancellation of a reservation will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival for reservations during high and peak seasons will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total reservation cost to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed.
• Changes to arrival and departure dates are subject to Bermimpi Bali Villa’s availability and any monetary difference due to seasonal accommodation rates will be charged accordingly. No changes can be made within 14 days prior to arrival. In this event, our normal cancellation policy applies.
• Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out is available on request at half the quoted daily rate and is subject to availability. Check out after 6:00pm will be charged as an additional night's stay and is subject to availability.
• Regardless of a confirmed booking, we reserve the right to require any guest to leave the premises if their behavior is considered inappropriate by Bermimpi Bali Villas.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them during their stay. . All guests are required to pay a security bond equal to 1 nights stay at check-in to cover the cost of any damages caused by them during their stay. A full refund will be paid at check-out if no damage has been caused to Bermimpi Bali’s property
• Bermimpi Bali Villas does not accept responsibility for any loss of personal property or for any injury or illness experienced by a guest during their stay at Bermimpi Bali Villas. All guests are required to sign a waiver of liability form at the time of booking confirmation or at check-in.
• Bermimpi Bali Villas strongly suggest that you purchase Comprehensive travel Insurance at the time of confirmation. Travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend buying an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or world events.
