Booking, payment & deposit
Upon receipt of a booking an order confirmation will be issued via email. 25% of the rental fee must be paid 5 days after the order confirmation has been received. This payment also works as a deposit until the end of the rental period. The total rental fee must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the rental period start date. In case of missing or late payments the reservation will be annulled and the deposit will not be refunded. Reservations made later than 8 weeks before rental period start the full rental fee plus a 25% deposit must be paid no later than 5 days after the order confirmation has been received. Cancellation must be done no later than 8 weeks prior to the rental period start. The deposit will not be returned if the cancellation is made later then 8 weeks before the rental period start.
NB! All our guests will be notified well before any due payment
Arrival & Departure
The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. The villa will be receive a complete cleaning and check every Saturday from 10am - 4pm

Departure: 10am
Cleaning
The weekly cleaning is mandatory and carried out only by our own personel. The weekly cleaning fee of €200 will be withdrawn in the deposit.
Telephone
The telephone can be used free of charge to landlines in Hungary. Calls made out of Hungary will be withdrawn from the deposit.
Internet access
Internet access is free. TV/gaming (Nintendo Wii) lounge is connected to a Philips Ambilight flatscreen TV. Alternatively our guests can hook up to the WiFi (Wireless Network) with any WiFi compatible items. The access code to the wireless network will be delivered on arrival.
Towels & bed linnen
2 x towels per person, bed linnen, bath towels, bath robes, slippers etc. are included.
Pool temperature control
Do you want the pool to be heated / cooled, this can be ordered when booking or upon arrival. Price is € 100 per week.
Welcome package
In addition to the above facilities we offer a “Welcome package”:
One bottle of Rosé,Champagne,Soap, lotion & toiletries.
Smoking, pets & number of persons
Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Dogs and cats are OK. There is a maximum of 14 persons.
Deposit of garbage
ALL garbage must be taken down to the bins. Garbage is collected every Tuesday and Friday morning.
Damages
In case of any damages to the effects in and around the house these will be replaced by our own staff. Damaged effects can not be replaced by the tenant. The replacement costs are withdrawn from the deposit. In case that the replacement cost exceeds the deposit a seperate invoice will be issued to cover the exceeded costs.
During your stay
Furniture, art, flower pots, etc. must not be moved around. Naturally not applicable for the sunbeds..
In the pool area, use only plastic cups. These are found on the shelf under the kitchen table.
Liners, towels, tampons, diapers, etc. must NOT be thrown into any of the toilets.
All cookware is cleaned every time it has been used.
In general, we expect that our tenants use the villa with care. Every small detail of the house is carefully selected and purchased so that our tenants receive a total experience.
