This is the perfect retreat for people who want to stay far away from mass tourism. We welcome you to this amazing haven, far from everyday life and the loud city environment and introduce you to the unique surroundings of the mountainous landscape and striking clear blue sea.
The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences.
The Blue Caves Villas are built on the rocks on top of the spectacular Blue Caves, rich in light, blue - green crystal clear water and sandy shores. The villa has direct access to the sea and Priest's Cave where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days.
The Villa is 200 sq m (sleeps 6-9 persons), consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (split on 2 levels giving ideal separate accommodation for 2 families or couples), sitting and dining area with fireplace. On the large covered verandas you can enjoy an amazing view.
The guesthouse is 50 sq m (sleeps 2-3 persons) air-conditioning studio, large bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, and large bathroom.

The Zakynthos (Zante) - Ionian Islands region
We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island. We are 30 km from the main town and 3 km from the small port of Agios Nikolas, which is the only port, has ferries to Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat).
Our villa is on a private plot of land of over 40.000 m2, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia. We constructed a villa using only natural materials (stone and wood) in full harmony with the natural environment.
The villa is by the seaside, the coast is only 100 m away down a stone path. It has direct access to the legendary and impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance from the house to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea. There you can swim in the crystal water and see the caves which are famous for their bright blue color. The sea area is good for fishing with big variety of Mediterranean fishes, which are very tasty!
If you prefer to spend your day on a sun bed under an umbrella, you can choose one of the close beaches: Maktis Gialos, Xigia (health resort) and of course the small port of AG. Nikolas, with a nice beach. You will have plenty of choices of local taverns, cafes and places for shopping.
If you want to walk or go mountain biking there are plenty of interesting paths. Birds, fauna and flora will keep your attention all the way along. The traditional village of Volimes, is located in the mountains, and is well known for hand-made crafts and a simple way of living.
You can also just relax on our balcony, to do a spot of bird watching and enjoy the amazing sea view. If you are lucky you will see jumping dolphins or the seal (monachus, monachus), which are living in our vicinity.
