The villa is also in easy walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars, casino & restaurants. Grasse is a fabulous location for exploring the Cote d'Azur, just 20 min from the beaches in Cannes and Antibes, 35 min from Nice and an hour from Monaco, Monte Carlo and the Italian border!
