Designed for the hot Cypriot summer, the Hibiscus House features a large covered downstairs terrace and first floor open balcony, approached from air-conditioned bedrooms via French windows.

Amidst its floral gardens you'll discover citrus trees, an 8 x 4m underwater lit pool, parking for two cars, a jasmine covered honey-stone pergola, sun beds, and parasols.

Overlooking from peaceful distance a typical North Cyprus village, this tastefully furnished and well-equipped holiday villa offers relaxation, comfort and a choice of views from the blue of the Mediterranean to soaring mountain peaks.

Whether you need space to unwind or a place from which to discover the charms of North Cyprus, we believe this light and airy villa, set amidst landscaped, terraced gardens, is a perfect Mediterranean holiday villa.

The villa rental includes the following facilities:

3 BEDROOMS with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and electric repellents and comprise:

* BEDROOM 1, with double bed, en-suite facilities

* BEDROOM 3 with twin beds

BATHROOMS:
* Family bathroom with bath, shower and wc.

* En-suite to bedroom 1 with shower and wc.

LOUNGE: Air-conditioned with 1 sofabed, 2 sofas, 1 divan daybed, 1 arm chair, coffee table, carpet, bookcase, TV, DVD, portable stereo. air-con unit, 2 portable fans and heaters. Books, guidebooks, CDís and DVDís for adults and children. Pay-as-you-go mobile phone. French windows to terrace.

DINING ROOM: table and chairs for 8 persons, portable fan & heater. Linked by wide arch to the kitchen. 2 French windows.

KITCHEN: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer and childís high chair, iron and board.

UTILITY ROOM: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, changing mat and clothes airer.

COVERED TERRACE: Lantern lit with 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and dining table with seating for 8 persons.

STONE PERGOLA: Lantern lit with table and 4 chairs.

GARDEN: 6 sunbeds and 2 parasols on the pool terrace and pool toys, Portable BBQ, various citrus trees Ė with fruit to pick when in season

Also included in the price:

* COMPLIMENTARY WELCOME PACK of food and drink, e.g. bread, milk, fruit, cheese, cereal, wine etc

* Cleaning, linen and villa towels. The property is cleaned and linen changed weekly plus a smaller mid week clean.

* Travel cot, changing mat and high chair and plastic utensils are also included in the price.

Additional cleaning and linen changes and beach towels available for a small charge.

Notes on accommodation:
* The villa is situated at the top of a flight of wide stone steps and is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

* Families with young children should ensure they are supervised, particularly around the pool area.

* The local property managers are both English and available to help with any queries.
