This tastefully furnished 2 bedroom villa with stunning sea views is situated near Ayia Napa, within the quiet residential area of Ayia Thekla. It sits in a cul de sac on a small new development less than 50 metres to the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea! The villa has an open plan lounge with Satellite TV, DVD, PS2 (with selection of games) and a CD/Radio player. Two patio doors lead to the terraces, private pool and landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with separate dining area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and air conditioning throughout for a comfortable stay!
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, one double room and one twin room both complete with quality orthopedic mattresses for your comfort. There is also a foldaway travel bed (plus cot available upon request). The master bedroom benefits from a balcony overlooking the private pool together with fantastic views of the sea. The villa has a good size family bathroom.
Outside there is a large patio area with table and chairs for ‘Alfresco' dining, sun loungers for relaxing by the pool, outside shower and traditional brick built Cypriot BBQ.

The Ayia Napa - Famagusta Region region
Agia Thekla is an up market and unspoilt area. It has stunning clear waters with golden sandy beaches. Main attractions include, WaterWorld (one of Europe’s largest water parks) within a 5min walk and a Blue Flag beach approx. 10min walk, with shops and restaurants close by. Other towns such as Ayia Napa (5min drive) and Makronisos (3min drive) also have a large selection of bars, cafes and restaurants.
Ayia Thekla is only 35mins drive from Larnaca airport - it is a simple and straight forward journey on a duel carriageway. Also within easy reach are the pretty towns of Protaras and Paralimni, both less then a 10min drive.
