This modern holiday villa is fully fitted and furnished to a very high standard. There is large tastefully furnished lounge which has two large comfortable sofas and side lights. There is a Sky TV, DVD/CD player and radio. There is a DVD/CD library and a number of books and games. Double french doors lead from the lounge area to the garden and the south facing tiled terrace and patio which is complete with a table and chairs, BBQ, and sunbeds and is ideal for sun bathing relaxing and dining. There are beautiful views of the Timanfaya National Park from the patio and the garden area.

The modern fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob unit complete with a cooker hood, a full size fridge freezer, a fitted microwave/oven and a fitted washing machine. The kitchen has a full range of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and kitchen implements, and of course a toaster an electric kettle and a coffee maker. There is a breakfast bar with chairs and a high chair.

From the kitchen a further French door also leads directly to the patio. There is also a separate external enclosed and secure drying area.

There are two large bedrooms, one containing a double bed and the other twin beds. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, bed side tables and ceiling fans. The windows are fitted with wooden shutters in addition to curtains to keep out the light whilst you enjoy an afternoon siesta or a late morning lie-in. A cot is also available. All bed linen and towels are provided.
