Gulls retreat , a spacious and airy 3 bedroom 2 bath home with ample decks for relaxing or enjoying get togethers is the perfect holiday home. With pastel hues, wood floors, cathedral ceilings and all modern amenities including wireless internet, cable television, central air conditioning, washer and dryer and large rooms, this is the perfect place to escape and enjoy a holliday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, trash compactor, full refrigerator with ice maker, espresso maker, etc. The list goes on and on.... Two full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedroooms with rattan furnishings and ample closet space are just perfect for a fantastic nights sleep.
Outside of the house there in a very private upper level deck for sunning or relaxing and off the main level of the home is a very large and private wrap around deck equipped with ample patio furniture and gas grill.
There is a spacious private yard behind the house and a garage and covered carport.

The Long Beach Island - New Jersey region
Gull's Retreat is located on Long Beach Island and is the 5th house from the beach. Long Beach Island was voted the number 1 shore community in New Jersey. It is laid back and upscale and is home to a number of shore communities, each with it's own unique allure. From the historic Barnegat light house, nature trail and fishing village along the coast to the south in Barnegat Light to the hustle and bustle of Beach Haven with its shops, restaurants, amusement and water parks, there is something for everyone. Fishing, boating, surfing, and bicycling are all popular here.
Ship Bottom, where Gull's Retreat is located, is mid island a great location for exploring the whole island. There are numerous, restaurants, shops and bars to suit any taste. You will have access to both the bay and ocean.
Venturing further a field you will find shopping malls and cinema, the Tuckerton Seport Museum,
historic Smithville, and Bass River State Park. Further south is Atlantic City with its bright lights and dazzling casinos and great shows. You may also venture to Philadelphia to the south and New York City to the north. To the west is Six Flags Great Adventure Theme Park, Water Park and Safari.
