$159 Damage & Cleaning Fee. This amount will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to arrival. $100 is refundable if the home has no damages and requires very little or no cleaning, deodorizing and reorganizing upon departure. Also, all policies/rules must be observed to include no indoor smoking, unapproved occupants or pets, illegal activities, loud/unruly/unsafe behavior or any other type of disturbance. If the booking is cancelled or there's a no-show, this amount will be fully refunded. An additional damage/cleaning fee of $100 is required for extended stays of 31-60 nights.
Pet Stay Information: 2 pets max. allowed with approval. Please send a photo of your pet(s) to intownabode@gmail.com. $100 Pet Damage & Cleaning Fee required (refundable).
