Malibu Oceanfront Home description
2 decks with hot tub, BBQ, icemaker, hanging daybed, outdoor dining table

Central location within minutes of Malibu & Santa Monica Piers and fabulous restaurants/shopping
Two level, Nantucket style chic and modern home, fully remodeled in 2011. Located directly on the sand on what is essentially a private beach (there is no public access). Upper deck has a built in bench, lounge chairs, a stainless steel gas bbq and icemaker. Lower deck has 15 foot long built in bench with cushions, a large dining table which seats 10, hot tub, outdoor refrigerator, heated shower and floating daybed. Relax and watch the sunset on the two lifeguard chairs situated on the lower deck.
This house offers two bedrooms with queen beds and large flat screen TVs and a third bedroom with full-sized bunk beds, each with their own TV. Also included are state of the art kitchen appliances, FIOS with hundreds of channels, large walk-in master closet, MAC desktop computer, WiFi, blue-ray player, washer and dryer, security system, and Sonos 4-zone stereo system which allows you to play different music in each zone and at different volume level (including upper and lower decks).
You can surf, boogie board, and paddle board right outside your door and, at low tide, you can explore the tide pools and walk all the way to the Malibu Pier. House is just minutes away from Malibu Country Mart/Malibu Pier, Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Promenade, and lots of great restaurants and shopping.

House is just a 5 minute drive from the Malibu Pier and the famous Malibu Country Mart/Lumbar yard, which has many fabulous restaurants and boutique shops. Lots of celeb sightings as well. We are also about a 15 minute drive from the popular Third Street Promenade (street of shops, movie theaters and restaurants) and the Santa Monica Pier (where you will find Pacific Park, a small oceanfront amusement park). We are a 30 minute drive from the Getty Museum, Venice Beach, and Beverly Hills. Disneyland is 48 miles away from our house.

We have 2 decks. On the upper deck, there is a gas BBQ, a built in bench, 2 loungers, and an icemaker. On the lower deck, there is a hanging day bed, an mini fridge, a hot tub, a long lounger, and a dining table. We have a 4 zone Sonos speaker system (upper deck, lower deck, living room and front courtyard) that allows you to play music in any combination of zones and at different volume levels. You can even play different music in each zone. We have 2 paddleboards, multiple boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs for use. You can rent surfboards just up the road from our house.
