This charming and comfortable Montecito, California home is located in the quietest neighborhood of this elegant world renowned resort town and is located within five minutes of the beach and mountains. This is an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of metropolitans areas.
The house is furnished with antiques and classic furniture. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a dining room, living room, den and two car garage.
The living room is sunny and super comfortable with two down-filled damask sofas. There is a furnished patio with a barbeque grill: perfect for outdoor dining.
Two cheerful and sunny bedrooms face Pepper Hill Eucalyptus trees grove with full sun exposure. The master bedroom has a Louis XV antique bed.
English Lavender and Salvia Leucanthia grace the front yard and attract green and red throat hummingbirds.
The backyard is ladnscaped in Santa Barbara indigenous natural landscaping for which the area is so world renowned.

Notes to rental charges: Payments via credit cards to our PayPal account is the preferred method.
Two nights minimum preferred. We will accept one night at a 25% surcharge .
Security Deposit: US $1,200.00 deposit to be refunded within 7 days of checkout.
An Advance Rental Payment equal to 50% of the entire rental amount plus the Security Deposit are required at least 30 days prior to Check In Date.
Cleaning Fee: $100.00 for up to one week stay and under. For longer stay, $150.00 /week.
Last minute reservations are always welcome with prepayment via PayPal receipt and confirmed by PayPal along with $1,200 security deposit.
For cancellations received prior to 45 days, one half of the $1,200 deposit will be refunded. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of Check In Date, unless we are able to rebook those dates with other guests.
Absolutely no refund will be made for shorter stays than originally contratcted for. We recommend e-mailing any questions you might have about the stay in advance. Thank you for reviewing our terms and conditions.
