Casa de Jose is a beautifully restored Spanish house in a quiet village near Arboleas. It is only about 30 minutes to the Mediterranean coast About 40 to the resort of Mojacar), 10 minutes from the town of Albox and half a mile from the nearest bar/restaurant. It is beautifully located on the side of the Almanzora valley with views down over orange groves in the valley or up over the almond and olive trees on the hills behind.
The house is spacious and well equipped with all mod cons. There are 4 double bedrooms, through lounge, dining room, kitchen breakfast room, 2 bathrooms and a utility room.
Outside there are gardens, an 8x4 tiled private pool, a netted gazebo for outdoor dining and a car port.

The Almanzora area - Costa de Almeria region
The house is in a sleepy Spanish village surrounded by hills yet is only 5 minutes from the larger village of Arboleas and about 10 minutes from the town of Albox (with bars, restaurants, shops etc). The nearest restaurant is just half a mile away.
The nearest beaches are about 30 minutes away at Vera or Garrucha. The resort of Mojacar is about 40 minutes. The fabulous unspoilt beaches and rocky coves of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park are a less than an hour (and a lovely drive).
