Upstairs there is a modern fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a living room with a double sofa bed and optional fold up bed. Downstairs there is a small single bedroom and a modern bathroom.

The Lasithiou - Crete region
The village of Exo Mouliana straddles the main road between Agios Nikolaos and Sitia, lying approximately 12 kilometers west of Sitia. There is a village shop, as well as a kaphenion, where visitors are made most welcome. There is a shingle beach about 5 kilometers from the village along an unmarked road. Known only to the villagers, this beach is never crowded. It features some delightful tamarisk trees, providing welcome shade. Only a twenty minute drive from the village is the cosmopolitan town of Sitia, principal town of Eastern Crete. You can while away the time relaxing over a drink at one of the many tavernas overlooking the Blue Star beach, or sample the delights of the many and varied shops. Sitia is within easy reach of the beautiful palm trees of Vai Beach as well as historical sites of interest. For those who wish to explore, whether by car, motorbike, bicycle, or on foot, the area offers a wealth of great experiences.
