The house based in a cul-de-sac is finished to a high quality standard to both interior and exterior and comes with its own private ‘overflow edge’ pool and private garden. There is one double bedroom with en-suite, two twin bedrooms with a family bathroom and a further w.c. downstairs. It has free WIFI access, 32' flat screen satellite television, DVD and a PS2.

There is a veranda with “outdoor” sofas and a built in BBQ.

The fabulous Konnos Bay Beach (voted in the top 3 beaches on the whole of the Island) is a 5 minute walk. Mimosa and Green Bay are within walking distance too. Fig Tree Bay is a few minutes in the car. It is an ideal area for families seeking active/beach based days and relaxing evenings on your very own private veranda.

There are excellent restaurants, bars and the 5* Grecian Park Hotel within walking distance. Protaras is a 5 minute drive away and Ayia Napa a 10 minute drive for more restaurants, bars and clubs.

The Protaras - Famagusta Region region

The Konnos/Protaras/Ayia Napa regions are situated on the eastern most tip of Cyprus and located in the district of Famagusta. This part of the Island is renowned for having the best climate and beaches on the Island. Sea temperatures and water clarity are excellent and provide excellent conditions for children to paddle in and for adults to swim and snorkel. Konnos Bay, Protaras and Fig Tree Bay beaches all have water sports.

Attractions to visit are Ayia Napa Waterpark, the Famagusta Viewpoint with a history of the conflict between North and South, the Troodos Mountains, and Nicosia is a 45 minute to an hour drive away

The bedrooms are all situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has an ensuite. The two other bedrooms have twin beds and a z-bed in each room. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and the floors are wooden.

The two bathrooms are fully tiled and situated on the first floor. The family bathroom has a bath with shower. The ensuite has a shower enclosure. Towels are provided. There is a toilet and wash basin on the ground floor.

Seating for 8 people

The ground floor is open plan and tiled throughout. The lounge area has a three-seater cream leather settee, a two-seater cream leather settee and armchair. There is a 32" flat screened television which has satellite channels including sports and children channels. There is a DVD, docking station for IPod and PS2.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and water dispenser. The washing machine is based on the first floor.

Dining room

Seating for 6 people

The dining area has a glass dining table with 6 chairs. There is also the covered veranda outside where people can sit to eat.

The house has a large 9mx4m private pool which is approximately approximately 6ft at its deepest together with an outside shower. There are four loungers (spare loungers in the storage area) and a parasol.

The outside patio area has two wicker and cushioned armchairs and a two-seater wicker and cushioned settee. There is an outside built in BBQ and sink.

The garden area offers shade and is grassed with a number of plants. Around the pool area are potted minature lemon trees.
