Quinta do Mato Serrao is a small and peaceful private development, consisting of 11 luxury self catering apartments( 1xT0, 6xT1 and 4xT2 ) surrounded by a beautiful garden with regional trees and palm trees, with two pools, one for children and barbecue area,located near the center of Carvoeiro village.
No expense has been spared in the construction of two this villas as it consists of one and two bedroom apartments from 110 sqm. to 150 sqm.
The apartments are very spacious. The T2 have two bedrooms and two bathroom/shower, and a very spacious living room with dining area. Some have jacuzzi type bathrooms.
The single bedroom T1 apartments are of the same high standard, with separate living room and dining area. All the studio apartments are with separate-kitchen and some of them have a living room with a staircase to the sleeping area.
All the apartments are fully furnished and have well-stocked kitchens, terrace or balcony, central heating, fireplace and satellite TV.

The Carvoeiro / Lagoa region - Algarve region
Quinta do Mato Serrao is situated on a hill and 5 minutes to drive to the charming village of Carvoeiro. You will find the Tennis Club 2 minutes walking distance from the Quinta and 2 minutes to drive a small supermarket, restaurants and the Gramacho and Vale de Pinta Golf Course. Within easy reach are the beautiful Monchique Mountains, the historic town of Silves, Lagos and Cape S. Vicente, the most southwesterly part of Europe. The picturesque village of Carvoeiro has a great variety of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Fishing boat tours of the local coastline are available from the main beach. Algarve Shopping is an excellent open air shopping centre located in Guia (15 min. drive). Other activities in the area include Zoo Marine (15 min. drive), Slide and Splash Water Park (10 min. drive) and horse riding (10-15 min.s drive). There are two 18 hole Championship golf courses (Gramacho and Vale de Pinta) within a 2 min. drive of the apartments.
The estate is ideally located for access to golf courses and many other leisure activities.

Payment condition - 25% upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance will be paid six weeks upon arrival. We only accept payments by bank transfer and cash. Just last minute bookings can have different payment conditions. In cases of special costs for bank transfers the client have to take care of it.
The 3rd and 5th person in the T1 and T2 apartments sleep in an extra a beds cost 10 Euro per night, baby beds are free of charge.
