The Tree House Lodge is a small sustainable eco lodge on the southern Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. The complex is located on a 10 acre ocean front property at the famous Punta Uva beach, just south of Puerto Viejo in the province of Limon. All four houses are built carefully in harmony with nature and exclusively with reclaimed woods. Taking care of the environment is reflected in the choice of materials and our social commitment. Solar water heating, the eco-Jacuzzi at all houses, and Yoga classes are just some examples.
Since 2002 the Tree House supports the Iguanaverde foundation. The green iguana is locally endangered. Part of the Tree House Lodge income flows back into the foundation. The foundation is established on the same location.

the tree house is located within the gandoca Manzanillo wildlife refuge. part of the project is the green iguana foundation. on tuesday and thirsday all customers can particpate omn a free tour.
