We are in the south of France, a few kilometres north of the border with Spain, near the town of St Girons and about 80km due south of Toulouse. The gite is 750m up in the foothills, facing due south with stunning views of the main range of the Pyrenees. There are masses of things to do in the area.

The gîte is set in 4000m2 of terraced garden and natural woodland in a stunning location looking due south over the Salat valley and facing Mont Rouch with Mont Valier a bit to the right. The house has been built in the traditional style and the gîte occupies the first floor. Access via wide balcony, suitable for disabled. It offers comfortable accommodation with generous sized rooms all with views of the mountains or the woodlands. The lounge leads directly onto the balcony where a table is provided for outdoor dining. The swimming pool is located at the east side of the house, and guests are welcome to make use of it; (Children using the pool must be accompanied by an adult at all times).
