Private outdoor area for each apartment with sunshade, table and chairs ideal to dine al fresco. Catering service is available on request at extra cost payable locally. There is a rustic salon (60 m2) that can be hired for seminars, receptions or weddings, dinners and banquets complete with a kitchen with 4 burners, oven, microwave and fridge. Sandy beach with sunshade, deck chairs and a gazebo close to the swimming pool. Outdoor showers. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board for shared use.
For shared use: grounds, large garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m)
Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, solarium, washing machine. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Parking by the house.

The Arezzo Area - Tuscany region
Cortona with its several attraction is a very nice mediaval town. The country house is idea for daily trip and cultural tours to the Chianti Region, with Pienza, Montalcino, Siena and Florence.
Daily tour around the Trasimeno lake, Perugia and Assisi as well as to sped a relaxing holiday in Cortona with a lot of hand craft shops, restaurant and local Trattoria. On request we arrange wine tour and wine tasting and shopping tours.
