Set on the hills over the Arno Valley, the cottage is on a magnificent estate. Well cared for gardens. Wooden beams, terracotta floors and large french style windows . Large fully equipped eat in kitchen. Seperate spacious living room with lounges, library and large french doors that open onto the garden. There is a double pullout sofabed with proper matress and base as a bed in the living room that is air conditioned. The bathroom has a tub with shower and is seperate to the bedroom therefore can be accessed from the living room also. Large double bedroom with an additional single bed. Wonderful dining experiences at the many local restaurants, some noted as the best in Italy. Relax at the cottage, sip a glass of our wine and enjoy the magnificent Tuscan country lifestyle. Take walks in the forest and along the cobble stone roads on the hill where there is nothing to disturb the gentle slopping landscape other than a farmhouse or monastery, or discover the many local attractions such as horse riding, trekking, antique markets, local medieval villages and Etruscan ruins.
