Lakemont Pines lake vacation home in Sierra Gold Country description
Each unit is the entire 1,000 sq. ft' floor with Master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and deck facing lake
We overlook Lakemont Pines lake, we are close to wine tasting, 4 golf courses, fishing, skiing
Lakemont Pines has beaches, paddle boat, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming.
Our home is 2 separate units with each being the entire 1,000 sq. ft' floor. Each has a Master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and deck facing lake. NONSMOKING.
Fully furnished.
Each kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove and refrigerator. The window views are of Lakemont Pines lake across the street.
Unit A Upstairs, sleeps 7 people;
The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable tv,VCR, DVD, ceiling fan and views of the Stanislaus nations forest.
Second bedroom had a double bed with loft single, TV, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan and views of the forest.
The bathroom is tub with shower.
The living room>3 recliners, queen hide-a-bed, cable TV, VCR, DVD, books, ceiling fan, stereo, games, electric fireplace and views of Lakemont Pines lake. Heated & cooled by forced air.
Unit B, Downstairs, sleeps 8 people
The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable tv,VCR, DVD and views of the Stanislaus nations forest.
Second bedroom has 4 single beds, TV, VCR, DVD and views of the forest.
The bathroom is tub with shower.
The living room has a double hide-a-bed, recliner, love seat, cable TV, VCR, DVD, books, stereo, games, electric fireplace and views of Lakemont Pines lake. Heated & cooled by forced air.
Lakemont Pines has beaches, paddle boat, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming. Well behaved pets, large and small, are welcome.
