Spacious ground floor 2 bed apartment set in the very picturesque area of armutalan with great mountain views, the accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and two singles in the twin room bed linen is provided, and are fully air-con with mosquito quards on the windows. Fully fitted kitchen with all the mod-cons, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle ,toaster, iron, ironing board, washing machine, clothes airer, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, tea towels are also provided for you use. Bathroom comprises of cubical shower with constant hot water, marble vanity unit, towels are also provided for your use. The lounge has been tastefully decorated it has a large sofa bed which would sleep 1adult/2 children, for you enjoyment there is a Hi-Fi system, TV/Sat.
PLEASE NOTE: The other 4 apartments are owned by turkish families and so respect for the neighbours will be a priority as it is in a residential area.

There are local shops and bars in the immediate area, there is also a small aqua park for the children. Our block does not have a pool, but we do have a agreement with the manager of the hotel the royal plaza just round the corner to use there pool all they ask of you is that you buy a drink from the bar whilst enjoying yourselves.There is a bus stop right outside the apartment which run every 5 mins to marmaris they are very cheap 40p one way.The property is an ideal location for someone who wants the choice of being in a quite area, but also has the amenities just around the corner.
