A stunning 3 Bedroom Luxury Apartment With breathtaking views of Kalkan bay, the Taurus mountains and Kalkan village. the apartment is set on the hillside of Kalkan,directly overlooking the simmering turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. just 10 minute walk to Kalkan village with its excellent roof-top restaurants offering all manner of culinary delights, together with a good selection of stylish and atmospheric blues and jazz bars. A spacious and comfortable apartment, with 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. All the rooms have their own balconies and fully fitted wardrobes offering ample storage space. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Additionally there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a tastefully furnished Lounge and a well equipped modern kitchen which opens up to a spacious terrace directly overlooking the beautiful bay. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated throughout. Facilities include Washing machine, dish washer, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, a safe,microwave,TV,DVD Player which can play CDs. Two sets of linen and towels are provided. Please bring beach towels for use around the pool or beach.
A good size lovely shared pool, with steps taking you directly onto the Palm Beach Club. There is ample space around the pool for sunbathing in privacy and shaded veranda to shelter from the sun. Sun loungers and other comfortable garden furniture is provided for your comfort around the pool and veranda areas. The apartment is only two year old within a block of 12 flats. Majority of the owners use the apartment as their second home and thus without any noise or disturbance. The pool and gardens are maintained all year round to a high standard. The apartment is managed by a local caretaker who is at hand to help should you require support or advice.

The Kalkan - Turquoise Coast & Lycia region
Kalkan is a historical small town, situated on Turkey's gorgeous Lycian Coast and was once a simple Turkish/Greek fishing village. Todays Kalkan is quietly sophisticated and postcard pretty! It is located between Kas and Fethiye, making it an ideal base to explore the many surrounding historical sites such as Pinara, Xanthos,Thlos Myra,Saklikent gorge and Patara which are all reached within 15 to 60 minutes. Sailing is popular and boats can be chartered. Kalkan lies nestled on the side of the Taurus mountains and overlooks the shimmering turquoise waters of the South West Mediterranean. Ten minutes walk from the apartment will take you to the village, down bougainvillea lined cobbled streets to a picturesque harbour which is still used for local fishing. Kalkan caters superbly for holiday makers, whilst retaining its own charm and originality. The old part of Kalkan, on the eastern side of the village, is full of charm and well worth exploring, with its Turkish baths and old white washed houses. Patara (voted the 3rd most stunning beach by the Sunday Times) lies 20 minutes from the apartment. Fethiye-a working Turkish town about 45 minutes drive- with its magnificent Tuesday Bazaar/market, impressive mariner, rock tombs, castle, and wide selection of shops. Many of the market vendors move between the markets in Fethiye, Kalkan(on Thursday) and Kas.
The local Kalkan beach can be seen from the apartment's main terrace. The freshwater springs coming into the bay by the beach provide cool water which is refreshing in the hot summer months. There are beautiful sandy beaches such as Kaputas - 10 minutes by car or Dolmus - or the magnificent beach of Patara - 20 minutes away. Rental Terms & conditions: A deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage's or losses. Check-in time is from 4pm, Check-out time 11am.
