The apartment is 6 years old and has lift (4th floor), two balconies with views of the pool and castle. Daily maintained swimming pool and 24 hour security. Intercom and camera system.

The Alanya - Mediterranean Coast region
Oba is an excellent area for eating out and shopping. Mostly developed to a high standard, you can find everything you need. The area is very clean and quiet. There is public transport every minute to town centre if you do not want to walk. There are long beaches and a wide choice of water sports. The local market is just minutes away and twice a week for your shopping. Tesco also is 15 minutes walking distance.
Excellent beaches, Variety of water sports, Local market twice a week, Shopping and eating out, Bars and restaurants, Rafting, Jeep safari and local fresh water picnic area must see. Turkish Bath is very important to have one too.
