Our place has just been renovated and it features design furniture, art and exclusive accessories. As part of a 1906 building, we've kept the original construction elements along the whole surface, which adds lots of character. The apartment has one large living-room area with flat television (international channels available), DVD, videorecorder and Playstation, sitting area and entertainment center (DVDs, books, CDs, etc). The built-in kitchen has all devices you can't miss even on vacation: fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The apartment has also one deluxe bathroom with shower. The large and private roof terrace has sitting area for 4 people, and it´s an ideal place for relaxed meals, weather allowing. Our 50 square meters apartment is ideally located at the Overtoom, one of the most known and old avenues of Amsterdam, which runs along the Vondelpark, and straight into the Leidseplein, the 'Times Square of Amsterdam'.
