Quiet location

This apartment is a luxury apartment on the pretty resort of Mojon Hills, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana. The apartment has been furnished and equipped throughout to a very high standard, and has every imaginable extra needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in the sun.

The accommodation comprises: entrance via security door into living room. The living area has 2 comfortable leather effect sofas, one of which converts into an extra sofa bed for occasional use. There is a large TV with Satellite connection offering UK Freeview channels in both the living room and the larger bedroom. No need to miss the latest episode of your favourite soap opera!! The coffee table can be raised to make a dining table in front of the sofas, or you may prefer to eat outside on the large terrace. There is a canvas sun shade here to offer protection from the heat of the Spanish sun, and a little shade for that siesta.

French doors lead onto the large terrace, with patio furniture and dining set and stunning views over to the sea and the Bay of Mazarrón. The terraces face the sun all day long, so those loungers will come in handy for topping up your tan.

The galley kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for a self-catering break in the sun.
There is an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Outside on the terrace, accessed by the kitchen door, is a washing machine. The apartment has security grills on all doors and windows, for additional safety.

The main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, and also benefits from a second TV with Satellite connection. There are also 2 DVD´s, meaning that the kids can be entertained in one room with a movie, whilst the adults enjoy the news! In addition there is a stock of games and board games at the apartment, ensuring that both kids and adults alike can be entertained throughout their stay.

The second bedroom has a single bed with extra pull out bed, meaning the apartment can sleep 4 in comfort. These two single beds can also be zipped together, making a second double bed and offering very flexible accommodation for both couples and families. The smaller room also has fitted wardrobes.

There is airconditioning in the apartment, payable locally by card meter.

The large sun terrace has views over the resort to the sea and to the communal pool and has a secure underground parking space for clients use. There are four gated pools on the resort, surrounded by sun huts and grass, making the area safe and secure for children.

The younger members of the family will adore the sandy beaches of Isla Plana, which are just a short walk away from the complex, and a larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.

Pets are permitted in this apartment only with the owners prior permission and smoking allowed on terrace only.

The Isla Plana - Murcia - Costa Calida region

The new marina at Puerto de Mazarron is a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The Mojon Hills complex is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy.
