Part of an historical neighborhood, the newly renovated 1930 red brick building has an elevator & is located close to famous 16 Th century " Marais ", the oldest part of Paris & la “Bastille”, the newest fashionable area with its Opera & marina This decorated & furnished Parisian apartment is on the second floor (first floor European). Several subway stations are close by & the bus is one block away

Nicely nested in a calm street parallel to La Roquette, the building is protected from the noise & activity. Security is excellent: There is a concierge. The front door has a code then a second entrance is with a magnetic key or, for visitors, through an intercom system

Jean Charles. Our friends & I enjoyed ourselves very much. It was a very cute apt. We loved the fact you had the Web & free international calling. It is pretty well located, walking distance to the museums, & only blocks from the cemetery Pere Lachaise which is beautiful. There is a caretaker on site 24hrs but she only speaks French other than that we had a great stay & I would recommend it because it is larger than most hotel rooms. Also the metro & taxi stands are close. We had a great time. Thank you
