The brand new apartment - built at the end of April 2009 - is located in one of 3 blocks at the development and its communal facilities include: Large Swimming Pool, Indoor Jacuzzi, Pool Bar, Changing Rooms, WC, Sauna, and Gym, with Landscaped Gardens and Panoramic Views. The apartment has a private parking space with extra visitor parking on site.

This property has two verandahs and both are positioned with fantastic views to the sea. My apartment is situated above the flat on the ground floor - the door that is on the left of the above picture. The curtains that you can see are in the bedroom and the balcony stretches along to the brown door on the right of the picture.


The apartments are only five minutes drive from Coral Bay resort and twenty minutes from Paphos centre. The village of Peyia itself is lively and has many tavernas and restaurants to allow you to have a lovely relaxing evening up in the hills outside Paphos if you wish to avoid the hustle of the main towns.

Peyia has excellent routes to the many interesting sights that Cyprus has to offer. There are many golf courses nearby and the island of Aphrodite invites you to share your dreams in the third largest and most easterly island in the Mediterranean. The charming western town of Paphos focuses around a little harbour with picturesque open air fish restaurants lining a quayside of fishing boats and crafts. Paphos is entwined with Greek mythology and the legendary birth of Aphrodite on its shores.

A place of great ‘antithesis’, rich in the legends and history, with ruins and frescoes still intact in the original surroundings with long sandy beaches - Coral Bay being one of the best in the island.

An island which can offer modern infrastructure and a high standard of living, linking Europe to Asia and the Middle East. Its people are friendly and hospitable and life in Cyprus can be either exciting or peaceful and serene for those who want to get away from it all.
