This recently completed 2-bed maisonette is located near the traditional village of Pegia in the Paphos district. The Peyia village is conveniently close by with traditional taverns, small bars as well as well stocked local shops. A short drive away is the Coral Bay area with its popular beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The unit is set in a nice relaxed setting and is suitable for families or couples.
The two bed-roomed, two storey property is tastefully furnished and equipment for a pleasant stay. The accommodation comprises a kitchenette/living area opening out onto a patio, which overlooks a communal pool. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed with the balcony overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom can accommodate three with a bunk bed and a single bed. Equipment includes full air-conditioning, kitchen oven, hob, microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, iron/board & clothes stand and private patio furniture. The 12m communal pool has sun beds and umbrellas as well as changing rooms with showers.
