How does the featured property system
work on the homepage?
The two featured properties on the
homepage are randomly selected from all the adverts in our database
and should change whenever the page is refreshed or reloaded. Back

My property is never one of the featured properties
- why is this?
If there are 500 properties on the website then your property should
theoretically appear on the homepage at least once if you refresh
the page 250 times. (There are two featured properties on the homepage).
Please bear in mind that if there are 5000 visitors to the website
each day then your property should appear on the homepage at least
20 times giving you large exposure to holidaymakers. Back

Can I email or post my images to you?
Yes, although we do feel it's easier to use the uploading system in the admin section of the website whilst creating or modifying your advert. If you prefer to send us the

How long does it take for hard-copy
images to appear on the website?
Once we have received the images they should be uploaded onto the

I have accidentally deleted some emails
from holidaymakers - what can I do?
We store copies of all emails between holidaymakers and property owners
in the event that advertisers have difficulties accessing their emails
or have accidentally deleted them. If you would like us to send you
copies of the enquiries from holidaymakers then you then email support@villaholidayhomes.com
