What can I get from this site?
Villaholidayhomes.com work directly with property owners to offer
you the chance to rent one of the many different holiday properties
we provide. We offer a diverse range of holiday property ranging from
villas and apartments to chateux’s and cottages. We have holiday
property at beach resorts, ski resorts, in the countryside and in
cities.

What are the benefits of using your system to
book a holiday?
Firstly, because we work directly with the property owners and charge
no commission you get value for money for your holiday. This system
removes the middleman and ensures you get your holiday accommodation
at the cheapest price going. Putting you in
touch directly with the property owners allows you to get much more
information about your accommodation, the local area, possible activities
and all the other things that you want to know before going on holiday.
The information they can provide is far more comprehensive then any
company owning many villas could ever offer. Taking
a villa holiday is a wonderful experience! You have your own property
in which to relax, complete with living space. You can choose if you
want a property with a pool, or one that is near a beach or a ski
resort. A villa is a private, relaxing place to spend your holiday
far better than any hotel room.

How do I find a property?
The site is really simple to use,
just select the country and region you want to visit in the property
search box and hit the go button – its as simple as that. If
you want to be more specific and give number of people, arrival and
departure dates then add these as well. From here you will be taken
to the property search results page where the properties that suit
your requirements are listed. You can see the main picture and a quick
summary of the property at this stage. If you want to refine the search
further then select one of the tick boxes at the top of the page and
hit the go button. To view property details click on the property
listed.

What can I find out about the property?
The property details page contains an unlimited amount of text and
up to 8 pictures to ensure that the property is accurately described
giving you all the information you need to plan your perfect villa
holiday. These pages also contain comprehensive information on the
area in which the property is located particularly highlighting local
activities, points of interest and amenities.

How do I get further information/book
a property?
Any further information or booking enquiries about
any of the properties on our site can be obtained directly from the
property owner. Contact the owner by using our online enquiry form
(its free!) or call the owner to speak to them. Please note that we
do not take online bookings nor do we have any more information about
a property other than that given on the details page.

How do I contact the property owners?
You can contact the property owners by either filling out our easy
to use online enquiry form or by telephoning the owner directly. The
contact information is given at the bottom of the property details
page and an enquiry can be sent by clicking the ‘email the owner’
link at the bottom of the page.

What about travel to the property?
Property owners will often advise you on the best means to get to
the property. If you're travelling by car they can give you detailed
travel directions or perhaps arrange transportation to take to the
property if you choose to fly to the nearest airport.

What will happen when I arrive and
leave the property?
Usually on arrival you will greeted by the owner or a representative
who will provide you with the keys to the property. Its always wise
to make sure you have contact details of someone you can get in touch
with if you get stuck for directions or if there’s a problem.
When you leave the property you should be checked out by the owner
or a representative who can check that there are no problems.

What if there’s a problem?
Always make sure you have contact details of the owner or someone
near the property in case you have any problems. If you do run into
a problem then get in touch with this person as soon as possible so
you can get on with enjoying the rest of your holiday! Serious problems
are very rare but if you are very unhappy with your accommodation
then feel free to inform us and we will investigate the matter thoroughly.
